The French word “rassemble” can be translated as to unite or gather, but could also infer rebuilding.
Found objects, sent from Great Yarmouth, UK to Marseille, France by Yarmonics 2020 were combined in various ways to make sound. The work was commissioned for Yarmonics Festival to be shown online from 26th September 2020.
The video presents the assemblages as they would have been in an exhibition space.
